In Apr 2025, FMTECH launched its official training initiative: FMTECH Academy, aiming to upskill professionals in facility management through globally recognized certifications. I was assigned to lead the marketing and visual communication efforts for the academy’s launch, including branding, content, campaign planning, and platform integration.

My Role
As the Marketing and Visual Communications Lead, I led the launch strategy and ensured the academy’s positioning matched FMTECH’s premium identity. My key contributions included:
Strategic Planning & Messaging
Defined the core narrative of FMTECH Academy, highlighting its role as a national enabler for operational excellence.
Developed bilingual messaging (Arabic & English) tailored for different platforms, including LinkedIn, X, and internal channels.
Visual Identity & Content Production
Created the academy’s sub-brand visual system in alignment with FMTECH’s master brand.
Designed launch materials including banners, social posts, and digital ads.
Campaign Development
Built the first launch campaign to promote the CMRP preparation program, ensuring clear calls to action and an engaging campaign rollout.
Scheduled content flow across platforms and handled internal approvals.
Platform & Experience Integration
Coordinated the integration of the registration flow with FMTECH’s official website.
Reviewed UX components for user registration and information accessibility.
